Why We Built This Site
Oregon gives the public access to many court and public records, but Gilliam County uses several different record paths. Gilliam County Circuit Court handles state trial court records. Gilliam County Justice Court handles traffic, game, misdemeanor, small claims, landlord-tenant, violation, and Condon or Arlington municipal ordinance matters. The County Clerk handles marriage records, county records, elections, notary service, e-recording, and other permanent local filings. County Court has probate jurisdiction, and the Sheriff's Office and NORCOR handle law-enforcement and custody channels.

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to any Oregon court, Gilliam County office, sheriff's office, jail, or state agency. There are real limits to what it can provide:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document, marriage record, divorce judgment, or probate file
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific Oregon case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or hour listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing Oregon court or Gilliam County government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. A private reference page cannot replace that office.
